Terms of Service

These terms apply to every Windows RDP plan and dedicated server ordered from MasterRDP. By paying for a service you agree to them.

Service and billing

Services are billed monthly in advance and paid in cryptocurrency. A service runs for the period you paid for; if it is not renewed it is suspended and later deleted together with its data. Upgrades are charged only for the difference for the rest of the month.

Refunds

If a server does not work and we cannot fix it within 24 hours, you get your money back. Crypto refunds are sent to the address the payment came from. Refunds are not given for accounts suspended for breaking the rules below.

Acceptable use

• No spam or bulk unsolicited email.
• No port scanning, brute-force attacks or DDoS traffic.
• Nothing that is illegal in the country where the server is hosted.

Accounts that break these rules are suspended without a refund.

Your data

You are responsible for the software you install and for backing up your own data. We are not liable for data loss or for indirect losses caused by downtime.
